We’re looking for a Development Associate—a high-responsibility, leadership-oriented professional who can coordinate teams, manage timelines, and scale operations in a growing organization. Whether you come from hospitality, events, operations, logistics, or military service, this is a unique opportunity to pivot into real estate development. You don’t need construction experience—just the ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders and drive results. This role focuses on orchestration, communication, and execution in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment delivering impactful infill housing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage consultant teams (architects, engineers, contractors) through all phases of development
• Own project timelines, budget tracking, and delivery milestones
• Coordinate internal and external communications with clarity and accountability
• Identify and resolve challenges proactively to keep projects on track
• Implement systems and workflows that improve operational efficiency
• Document lessons learned and maintain organized project records

Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional experience in high-responsibility roles (e.g., hospitality, events, logistics, operations, military)
• Post-secondary education (degree or diploma)
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex environments
• Technological fluency; confident using Microsoft Office and learning new tools
• Bonus: Familiarity with construction, permitting, or real estate is an asset but not required
