Field Supervisor – Electrical (Multi-Family Residential)

MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Field Supervisor on behalf of a well-established electrical contractor focused on multi-family residential construction. This is a field-first leadership role supporting wood-frame condo and mid-rise projects across Vancouver. You’ll be in the field, working with crews, supporting foremen, and making sure jobs run the way they should.

The Role

• Support 4–6 active residential projects (wood-frame / mid-rise)
• Work directly with foremen on planning, sequencing, and execution
• Visit sites regularly to review progress, quality, and coordination
• Step in early to resolve issues before they impact schedule or cost
• Maintain clean, organized, well-run job sites
• Coordinate with PMs while owning field delivery

Who This Is For

• Red Seal Electrician
• Background as a Foreman, Lead Hand, or Site Supervisor
• Experience delivering multi-family residential projects
• Comfortable across wood-frame and mid-rise construction
• Someone who prefers being in the field vs behind a desk

Compensation

• ~$150K+ depending on experience
