MatchBox Consulting Group is partnering with a well-established Canadian real estate developer to find a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for a growing portfolio of industrial developments across Ontario. This role offers the opportunity to own campaigns from concept to completion while collaborating with senior leadership, sales teams, brokers, and creative partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing strategies and communications plans using an objectives-driven framework.
• Manage annual and quarterly marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns align with business goals and ROI expectations.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, media relations, advertising, and public relations.
• Oversee project marketing throughout the full sales and leasing lifecycle, including branding, naming, collateral, signage, presentations, and campaign execution.
• Manage CRM and email marketing initiatives while supporting website content and digital marketing efforts.
• Coordinate external agencies, consultants, photographers, printers, and other creative vendors to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
• Plan and execute industry events, roadshows, client functions, and promotional initiatives across Ontario.
• Champion brand consistency across all marketing channels and collateral.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activity to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with development, sales, executive leadership, brokers, and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Provide leadership through collaboration, mentorship, and sharing of marketing best practices across teams.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing management experience.
• Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through implementation.
• Strong creative and brand development skills with an eye for design and storytelling.
• Exceptional project management and organizational abilities with experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with strong proofreading abilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing creative agencies, consultants, and external vendors.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel throughout Ontario as required.
• Commercial or industrial real estate marketing experience is considered a strong asset.
