MatchBox Consulting Group is actively seeking a Project Coordinator for our client, a mechanical contracting company that is looking to expand and grow its team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial aspects of projects, including procuring materials and equipment
• Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with clients, engineers, and subcontractors
• Participate in estimating and tendering projects, as well as preparing and presenting project budget estimates. Experience with AutoBid Mechanical is advantageous.
• Coordinate all Site Instructions, Requests for Information, and Change Orders from clients and subcontractors
• Develop and execute quality control programs
• Act as the company's representative in meetings with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders
• Assist in preparing progress reports and monthly billings for clients

Requirements:

• Two or more years working in mechanical systems 
• Experience with ICI projects
• Post-secondary education in Project or Construction Management
• Software proficiency with Microsoft office, MS Project, AutoCAD
