Mechanical Project Manager

MatchBox Consulting Group is actively seeking a Project Manager for our client, a mechanical contracting company that is looking to expand and grow its team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure overall financial performance of projects including directing the purchase of materials and equipment
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, engineers, and subcontractors
• Full involvement with estimating, tendering projects, and preparing and submitting project budget estimates. AutoBid Mechanical experience an asset
• Manage all Site Instructions, Requests for Information and Change Orders (client and subtrade)
• Develop and implement quality control programs
• Represent company at all necessary meetings with clients, consultants, etc.  
• Fully involved with preparing progress and monthly billings for clients

Requirements:

• Five or more years working in mechanical systems 
• Post-secondary education in Project or Construction Management
• Software proficiency with Microsoft office, MS Project, AutoCAD
