MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking a Mobile App Growth Specialist for a 6 month contract role with a client of ours located in Vancouver.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the tracking of feature-level app performance in collaboration with Technology and UX teams to help understand the impact of roadmap initiatives and identify areas for improvement 
• Working with channel teams (Paid, CRM, Digital Merchandising) to help increase the visibility of the mobile app across key digital touchpoints 
• Assisting in the preparation and delivery of the monthly app performance report, highlighting overall app health, key trends, and observations 
• Supporting the use of attribution tools to gather insights and help inform channel-level optimizations for app acquisition and engagement 
• Assisting with the implementation of App Store Optimization (ASO) initiatives in partnership with an external agency to improve app discoverability and conversion 
• Partnering with Digital Merchandising to help coordinate and execute app-specific campaigns, including product launches, sales events, and exclusive assortments 
• Coordinating and uploading app content in collaboration with Digital Merchandising, UX, and Brand teams to ensure an on-brand and consistent experience 
• Supporting the maintenance of a centralized insights database to organize research, track learnings, and contribute to persona and audience development 
• Assisting in the creation of quarterly reports by compiling VOC and behavioral data to highlight key themes and insights 
• Gathering and organizing qualitative and quantitative data to support ongoing improvements to the app experience 
• Building collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners to help ensure alignment and smooth execution of app-related initiatives 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field 

• 3+ years of experience in mobile app growth, digital commerce, or performance marketing 

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, UX, Technology, and Analytics 

• Passionate about delivering exceptional digital experiences and driving measurable impact 

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear recommendations 

• Experience with reporting and dashboarding tools and are comfortable communicating performance to stakeholders 

• Experience synthesizing data and research in an action-oriented manner 

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 
• Proactive problem solver who identifies opportunities and drives continuous improvement 
• Effective communicator who can influence across different teams and levels of the organization
