Matchbox Consulting Group is partnering with an up-and-coming developer in the Maple Ridge area looking for a New Homes Sales Representative to help sell their new master-planned community.

This is an uncapped commission role, so what you earn is entirely up to you. For the right person, that is a genuinely exciting proposition. The community is one of the largest ground-oriented developments in Metro Vancouver, giving you a strong product to sell and a real story to tell buyers.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Build relationships with prospective buyers and the local realtor community to generate interest and drive sales.
• Conduct sales presentations and community tours for visiting customers.
• Follow up with leads consistently and creatively to convert interest into purchases.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date on a daily basis.
• Keep buyers informed on construction progress and the status of their home throughout the process.
• Stay current on local market conditions, resale inventory, and industry trends.
• Work with the marketing team to develop new lead generation opportunities.
• Represent the brand and the community with professionalism at all times.
