As a Project Coordinator, you will support the Construction Manager and project team in the administration and coordination of projects, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective management of schedules, costs, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities and resources while liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including reports and presentations.
- Facilitate project meetings, document outcomes, and follow up on action items.
- Support billing and invoicing activities in collaboration with the finance department.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the construction sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent communication skills.
- A diploma or degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and project management software.
- A positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
