MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Project Coordinator in Kelowna, BC! Our client is an established developer known for their integration with nature, sustainable construction practices, and high-quality homes.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of project coordination / project administration experience
• Strong technical skillset, Procore experience ideally 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Coordinates construction projects from conception to completion
• Help develop project schedules, timelines, and budgets
• Communicate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders as needed to ensure project success 
• Help prepare project status reports to VP Construction and other stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation database (Procore) including contracts, change orders, RFI’s and other project-related materials
• Assisting in the documentation for building permits, energy modeling
• Sending out inspection reports and noting deficiencies to appropriate trades
• Assisting with close out documentation
• Taking meeting minutes
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure project success
