MatchBox Consulting Group is on the hunt for a Project Coordinator in Calgary, AB. Our client is a forward-thinking developer in the construction industry, known for its innovation and excellence in multi-family and commercial projects. 

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders, invoices, turnover documents, and BAR reports while tracking budgets and project documentation.

• Support Project Managers with schedules, milestones, utility setups, and contract updates, ensuring projects meet plans and specifications.

• Review and update drawings, Site Instructions (SIs), RFIs, and submittals, while coordinating inspections and organizing safety documentation.

• Communicate with the Estimating team on project statuses and assist with customer satisfaction and corporate strategy goals.

•  You'll manage schedules, budgets, and documentation, while ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or Project Management with 1–3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Estimator.

• Knowledge of multi-family construction processes and the ability to read architectural plans.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and adapt communication styles.
