Project Coordinator (Contract – 6 or 12 Months)

Major Mixed-Use Development | Vancouver

We are hiring a Project Coordinator for a large, high-profile mixed-use development in Vancouver. This is a 6–12 month contract supporting senior project leadership on one of the most active construction sites in the region.

This is a site-based role, working out of the project office. The focus is on coordination, documentation, and keeping the project running smoothly — not running crews in the field.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage RFIs, submittals, and document control with accuracy and speed
• Track drawings, logs, and project documentation across multiple stakeholders
• Coordinate with consultants, trades, and internal teams to keep information flowing
• Support senior leadership with reporting, meeting minutes, and project updates
• Maintain organization across a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

What They’re Looking For

• Experience in local building construction projects (Vancouver / Lower Mainland)
• Background with a GC, developer-builder, or owner’s rep on medium-to-large projects
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Clear written and verbal communication
• A quick study who can step in and get up to speed fast
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured site environment
