MatchBox is urgently seeking a QA Lead for a ServiceNow Implementation 12 month contract for our New Westminster public sector client. This is a hybrid role 2 days on site and 3 days remote

QA Lead – ServiceNow Implementation (12-Month Contract)
We're looking for a QA Lead to support testing on a ServiceNow implementation project. This is a 12-month contract role with possibility of extension, reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with the QA Manager and broader project team.
What you'll deliver:

• Test strategy and test plans across all project phases
• Requirements-to-test traceability and risk-based coverage
• SIT, functional, regression, end-to-end, UAT, and non-functional testing
• Defect tracking, triage, and trend reporting
• Release readiness assessments and go/no-go recommendations
• Test automation strategy (including ServiceNow ATF where relevant)
• Progress and quality reporting for project governance
• QA documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer for post-go-live support

What you bring:

• 5+ years of QA experience, including leading testing on enterprise software implementations
• Direct experience testing ServiceNow or similar enterprise SaaS/ITSM platforms
• Strong command of the full test lifecycle — strategy through release readiness
• Experience overseeing a third-party implementation partner's QA
• Experience running UAT with business stakeholders
• Experience coordinating testing across vendors, technical/operational teams, security/privacy, and governance groups
• Hands-on test automation experience (UI, API, integration); ServiceNow ATF a plus
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow Test Management
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to lead a testing workstream and mentor others
• Preferred: ISTQB, ServiceNow CSA, or ITIL certifications

Nice to have: WCAG accessibility testing experience, Agile/Scrum delivery background, large enterprise or public-sector experience.
