MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager for one of our clients a Developer-Builder in Kelowna, BC

Join a family-oriented, up-and-coming developer-builder with a reputation for quality and a low turnover rate. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead residential and mixed-use projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all aspects of project delivery, from pre-construction to closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain alignment and productivity.
• Foster a positive team environment and uphold company values of integrity and collaboration.

What You Bring:

• 6+ years of experience managing residential and mixed-use construction projects.
• A proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to fostering a collaborative and respectful workplace.
