On behalf of our clients, Matchbox Consulting is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced  Senior Superintendent with expertise in ICI & Tilt Up construction. As a Senior Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction activities on-site, ensuring successful project execution and timely completion.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee and manage ICI construction projects, with a focus on Tilt-Up construction.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and efficient workflow.
• Possess expertise in Tilt-Up construction methods and best practices.
• Lead and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Enforce quality control measures to meet building codes and standards.
• Promote and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and address potential hazards.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
• Manage project resources and coordinate material deliveries.
• Resolve project-related issues and provide timely solutions.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in ICI construction, specifically Tilt-Up projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Tilt-Up construction methods and standards.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
