Site Superintendent – Multi Family

Matchbox Consulting Group is working with a General Contractor that is looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead the construction of a ground-up townhouse development in the Lower Mainland.

This is a great opportunity to join a company with a strong pipeline of residential projects and a reputation for delivering quality work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to completion
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, consultants, and site staff
• Manage schedules, safety, quality, and project milestones
• Conduct site meetings and maintain project documentation
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience on wood-frame multifamily or townhouse projects
• Proven experience delivering ground-up residential developments
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and trade coordination skills
• Excellent understanding of construction practices and site safety
