Responsibilities:

• Ensures timely & accurate drawing delivery, follows drafting standards & revision control.
• Stays updated on tech, materials, codes, maintains filing systems.
• Produces accurate AutoCAD/Revit drawings, coordinates with consultants.
• Reviews specs, develops/maintains drafting standards, oversees small projects.
• Conducts product/construction research, advises design team.
• Communicates effectively with clients, consultants, ensuring quality service.

Requirements:

• Requires 5+ years of experience
• Proficient in Revit, InDesign, Photoshop, PDF editing, Office 365
• Holds a diploma in Architectural Technology
• Strong commercial, industrial, or institutional experience
• Capable of managing projects and leading teams
• Skilled in conceptualizing projects, problem-solving, and client communication
