MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking an experienced  Estimator to support major ICI projects across Alberta. This role will focus on projects valued at $50M+, including schools, healthcare facilities, fire halls, and defence-related projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of estimating experience

• Proven experience estimating $50M+ ICI projects

• Strong background working for a General Contractor

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field

Preferred Experience

• Design-Build projects

• Construction Management (CM) delivery

• Exposure to Lump Sum and P3 projects

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and bid submissions

• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents

• Manage subcontractor and supplier pricing

• Identify project risks and value engineering opportunities

• Collaborate with project and pre-construction teams
