Account Executive

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for authenticating engineered drawings at this level and higher.
• Managing smaller projects and teams with supervision, assisting senior colleagues in larger, more complex projects.
• Performing complex technical work independently, contributing to design decisions.
• Conducting self-performed QA/QC reviews for own work and that of others within their skillset to ensure successful project completion on time and on budget.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior colleagues, actively promoting the firm’s culture, and communicating effectively with all staff levels to ensure understanding of information.
• Liaising with clients and owners to meet project needs through high-level service.

• Proactively seek new business opportunities, with a primary focus on Preventative Maintenance Contracts (Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing).
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with both existing customers and prospects.
• Schedule and conduct meetings and presentations with clients to identify needs and cross-sell services.
• Establish regular touchpoints with customers for relationship maintenance and business expansion
• Price and execute projects and opportunities, supporting Building/Facility Owner/Operators/Managers.
• Maintain a robust prospect pipeline, meet/exceed sales quotas, and collaborate internally for process optimization and overall job success.
