Our client is known for delivering high-quality, cutting-edge projects, and they’re looking for a talented, registered Architect to join their team. This is your chance to work on exciting, large-scale projects while collaborating closely with a dynamic team of professionals. Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring functional, cost-effective, and client-focused solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver designs that meet regulatory and building code requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers.
• Work closely with the general contractor to ensure smooth communication and problem-solving throughout the project.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and design documentation.
• Leverage your ICI (Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional) experience to drive project success.

Requirements:

• Registered Architect with at least 5 years of experience in ICI projects.
• Experience working directly with design-build general contractors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations.
