MatchBox Consulting Group is looking for a Construction Manager in Calgary, AB. Our client is a Canadian construction company that includes development, construction, property management, and ownership. They have expanded from a top tier commercial-residential renovator, into a group of companies leading the way in Western Canada, in terms of impact development and adaptive reuse.
- Direct and supervise all facets of adaptive reuse projects, encompassing planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Establish and manage project schedules to guarantee timely completion within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the punctual delivery of materials and resources.
- Monitor project advancement, identifying potential risks or issues affecting timelines and budgets.
- Enforce safety protocols and implement quality control measures on-site, prioritizing a secure and high-standard work environment.
- Over 10 years of experience holding the title of Project Manager.
- Proficient in overseeing the entirety of construction projects, with Project Managers reporting directly to them.
- Extensive experience managing projects exceeding $50 million.
- Expertise in concrete construction for commercial, mixed-use, or multi-family developments.
- Ability & willingness to bring own laptop & phone.
