  • Provide contract management guidance and leadership to multidisciplinary project teams.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve contract management processes, supplier performance, and cost efficiency.

  • Strong experience managing contractual changes, claims, disputes, progress payments, and commercial risks.

  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and administer complex construction, supply, or service contracts.

  • Experience supporting multidisciplinary project teams and working closely with engineering, construction, procurement, and project management stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of contract execution, risk management, cost optimization, and contractor performance.

  • Proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and resolve complex contractual issues.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.

  • Strong financial and commercial judgment, including contract budgeting, reporting, and cost control.

  • Degree in Business, Law, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to Have
