Position: Development Manager (Full-Time)

Location: Fraser Valley, Vancouver, BC – Embrace Flexibility!

Responsibilities:

• Project Mastery: Navigate our light industrial and residential projects from the drawing board to real-world marvels. Your strategic direction will be pivotal in transforming visions into tangible successes.

• Collaborative Leadership: Inspire and synergize with a team of passionate professionals. Your knack for blending diverse talents and ideas will be the heartbeat of our projects.

• Innovative Problem-Solving: Approach challenges with a creative and solution-focused mindset. Your ingenuity will not only resolve issues but also set new industry benchmarks.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture trust-based relationships with clients, investors, and community partners. Your role will be crucial in establishing long-lasting connections and reinforcing our brand as a leader in the industry.

Requirements:

• Experience & Expertise: A minimum of 5 years in real estate development, particularly in light industrial or wood-frame residential projects. Senior Development Managers with extensive experience are highly encouraged to apply.

• Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an added feather in your cap.

• Financial Acumen: Proficiency in managing project budgets and financial strategies, ensuring both cost-effectiveness and profitability.

• Regulatory Knowledge: A strong grasp of local real estate regulations and permitting processes.

• Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional skills in articulating ideas and forging agreements.

• Leadership Qualities: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Adaptability: The ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Salary: A flexible range of $100,000 – $130,000, plus bonuses. Higher compensation available for exceptionally experienced candidates.
