Matchbox is seeking a talented Estimator to join a reputable developer builder specializing in residential projects. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping homes and communities. If you’re passionate about construction and want to contribute to meaningful projects, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for residential construction projects
• Analyze project plans and specifications to identify key elements for cost estimation
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather necessary data
• Monitor and track project budgets throughout the construction process
• Provide support during the bidding process and negotiate contracts with suppliers
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an estimator in the residential construction sector
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
