A Canadian-led builder is delivering a $500M resort and hotel project in the Caribbean. They are looking for a General Superintendent to run the job on site.

This is not a portfolio role. This is one job. Full ownership.

The Role

You will run the site.

• Lead all field operations start to finish
• Manage structure, MEP, finishes
• Drive schedule and sequencing
• Coordinate trades, consultants, ownership
• Control the job day-to-day

This is a boots-on-the-ground role. Trailer, site, meetings, problem solving. Every day.

The Project

Large-scale resort build:

• hotel
• restaurants
• amenities
• high-end guest environment

Island logistics. Limited margin for error. Experienced team around you.

Who Fits

• General Superintendent on $300M+ builds
• Has actually run a job, not supported one
• Comfortable with scale, pressure, and accountability
• Experience in hospitality, mixed-use, or large commercial helps
• Open to relocating for the duration

Comp

• ~$300K USD
• Living allowance
• Tax advantages depending on setup
• Travel as needed

Reality

This is a 3-year commitment.
