Responsibilities:

• Communicates with clients and supply representatives
• Negotiates pricing and recommends materials
• Addresses issues and changes in projects
• Manages sample library
• Provides direction for drawing and sketching
• Creates color boards, presents perspectives, and assists in space planning

Requirements:

• Requires minimum 5 years in interior design
• Holds degree/diploma in Interior Design
• Proficient in AutoCAD/Revit, design software, Office 365
• Understands building codes, structures, construction
• Possesses excellent client relations and communication skills
• Values effective technical documents
