Our client is looking for a Multi- Family Project Manager to join their team in Calgary.

Must Have

  • Relevant post-secondary Certificate/Degree
  • 4+ years with a PM title
  • 2 multi-family projects completed start to finish as a PM
    • Can be concrete or wood-frame
  • Must be or willing to be fully vaccinated

Nice to Have

  • High rise project experience – either residential or mixed use.

Duties/Responsibilities

 

  • Project Start Up
    • Providing guidance and input throughout the design and value engineering phase
  • Project Execution and Document Control:
  • Project Close Out

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing safety, quality, risks, maximizing project earnings, human resources and staff training, client expectations, accurate financial reporting, and assuring efficient, timely fulfillment of all corporate and project obligations. Your role will be diverse and varied between each project, giving you the chance to work on a variety of challenging and exciting projects.

We are looking for an analytical thinker with the ability to interpret information in order to understand issues and make decisions on a variety of levels of complexity, ambiguity, and risk. You should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills and be able to efficiently manage multiple tasks while collaborating with and mentoring other project staff.
