Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team for an exciting multi-family residential project in Kelowna, BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction management, from project inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project phasing and sequencing plans.
• Manage project budgets, including tendering and negotiation with clients and trades.
• Create and maintain project schedules using MS Project and Excel.
• Coordinate with consultants, city officials, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with BC Building Code and regulations.
• Facilitate development and construction-related permits.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
• Oversee procurement and value engineering initiatives.
• Maintain quality control and enforce construction standards.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with multi-family residential projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of contract specifications and construction documents.
• Familiarity with bluebeam Revu 21 and other relevant software is a plus.
