MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Development Manager in Calgary, AB! Our client is a design-focused development company, known for creating innovative and sustainable urban spaces. They specialize in residential and mixed-use projects that integrate seamlessly into the city’s landscape.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management (residential or mixed-use development)
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in design, permitting, and construction management
• Proficiency in City of Calgary permitting processes, building codes, and construction methodologies
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Bluebeam, Procore

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle (design, permitting, construction)
• Lead and manage consultant teams (architects, engineers, general contractors)
• Solve design/construction challenges and develop solutions
• Ensure quality control, timely delivery, and budget adherence
• Implement systems and processes to support scaling operations
