MatchBox Consulting Group is currently searching for a Project Manager to undertake a 3 month contract with a client of ours located in Vancouver.
Responsibilities:

• Map out project and deliverable timelines using the Project Management SOP and leveraging this format in Monday.com
• Collaborate with contractors or part-time resources to assist with campaign and creative timelines.
• Work closely with the cross functional project team staying information on production calendars.
• Updating your resourcing partners on time required of you each week

Requirements:

• Previous experience in project management, design management, campaign management, product design development.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, Figma +)
• Understanding of the design workflow process is an asset
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
