On behalf of our client, Matchbox Consulting is seeking an Electrical Project Manager! Are you a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a passion for managing electrical projects? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects while ensuring quality and precision? What You’ll Do:

• Lead the full lifecycle of electrical projects, from estimation to completion.
• Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Estimate project costs and changes, preparing tenders for new work.
• Manage the financial performance of projects, including billing and cost control.
• Oversee project scheduling, working closely with accounting and service electricians to ensure smooth workflows.
• Ensure all work meets regulatory requirements, safety codes, and industry standards.
• Be present on-site when needed, ensuring the project runs smoothly and safely.
• Manage service work orders, scheduling, and invoicing, particularly for smaller jobs and repairs.
• Work across a variety of projects, from residential to industrial, with a focus on industrial work up to $1M.

Who You Are:

• You have 2-3 years of experience in electrical project management or estimating.
• You bring strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• You excel in communication and building relationships with stakeholders.
• You have in-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• You’re familiar with the best practices in electrical project management and estimation.
• You can manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping them on time and within budget.
• You’re proactive, with a knack for addressing issues before they escalate.
• Experience in project cost control and financial tracking is key.
