MatchBox Consulting Group is on the hunt for a Registered Architect in Vancouver, BC. Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver project requirements across all phases, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Coordinate project documentation with allied design disciplines as part of the IPD team.
• Prepare plans, sections, elevations, and views for client and stakeholder presentations.
• Support project schedule adherence and objectives maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members, attending meetings and assisting in Construction Contract Administration.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of architectural experience, a degree in Architecture or Environmental Science, and registration (or eligibility) with the Architectural Institute of BC.
• Proficiently communicate technical information to both team members and clients, adeptly managing contractual and liability risks.
• Demonstrate expertise in design and technical aspects, balancing creativity with practical building industry requirements.
• Skilled in REVIT and AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with Greater Vancouver area building codes and regulations.
• Exhibit high integrity and work ethic, fostering strong professional relationships and delivering on commitments.
