The Senior Architect will oversee project administration, production, and execution, ensuring the delivery of distinctive design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements for project design, ensuring alignment with project goals and standards.
• Guide project teams through various design phases with a focus on cohesive and well-defined concepts, playing a leadership role in concept development.
• Lead and actively participate in design presentations, effectively communicating vision and details to clients.
• Uphold a high level of design quality in accordance with the firm's philosophy, ensuring that design solutions meet or exceed established standards.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff members, while managing and overseeing team performance and development.

Requirements

• Possess a formal education in Architecture from a recognized university.
• 7+ years of experience.
• A portfolio in hospitality design is considered an asset.
• Exhibit the capability to create concepts, design narratives, and design frameworks.
• Display strong communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
