MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist for a great client in Edmonton, AB.  They offer a unique, open-studio environment that’s known for its non-hierarchal and collaborative approach. Role & Responsibilities:

• Produce comprehensive drawings for both Development and Building Permits.
• Conduct an in-depth analysis of the Building Code.
• Generate detailed architectural construction tender/drawings.
• Establish clear and efficient communication with clients, owners, consultants, and engineers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a drafting / design / technologist role.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, and familiarity with the Alberta Building Code.
• Ability to work independently, and proactively seek team assistance.
• Comfortable with heavy lifting in drafting/drawings; role offsets office workload, as senior technologists handle on-site construction administration.
