Responsibilities

• Lead the design process and manage contract document development for high-quality project delivery.
• Develop teaming strategies, oversee project scope, schedules, and financial success.
• Collaborate across disciplines to maintain design and technical excellence for clients.
• Establish strategic project planning goals with Operations Lead and functional leaders.
• Assist in proposal preparation, design staff assignment, and participate in interviews/presentations.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentorship, demonstrating detailed knowledge of office standards and policies.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Architecture/Interior Design
• Demonstrate leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities with exceptional communication skills.
• Experience guiding projects from pursuit through construction and ongoing client maintenance.
• Thorough understanding of project management processes, including scope, budgets, and schedules.
• Proficient in design review, AutoCAD, Revit, with strong creativity, innovative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
