MatchBox Consulting Group is looking for a Senior Project Manager in Calgary, AB. Our client remains at the forefront of design, sustainable development, and meeting tenant needs. In addition to its commercial and industrial projects, they are also an integrated residential developer.
Responsibilities
- Reports directly to the Senior Vice President
- Manages and implements budget, cost-to-actual, and spec templates
- Mentors, coaches, and leads teams
- Oversees multiple mixed-use commercial/residential projects
- Responsible for managing in-house construction teams, strategic thinking, value engineering, and resolving technical issues
Requirements
- Previous experience in mixed-use projects with a major contractor or developer
- Experience as a Senior Project Manager or Director of Construction, managing construction teams
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel; familiarity with construction project management software
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously or in a team setting
