MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Site Superintendent for a masterplan concrete mixed-use project.

Your Mission:

• Steer the construction of groundbreaking towers, ensuring each one is a testament to excellence.
• Orchestrate a symphony of talent, managing teams with a master conductor’s finesse.
• Champion safety and quality, setting new standards in construction brilliance.

Your Arsenal:

• Proven leadership in high-rise projects, with at least 10 years in the construction arena.
• A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent battlefield experience.
• A visionary mindset, with the ability to foresee challenges and armor up with proactive solutions.
