MatchBox Consulting Group is on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor for our client in Calgary, AB! In this role, you'll oversee and coordinate all phases of the residential construction process, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the construction schedule and quality control inspections for homes.
• Serve as the main customer contact, confirming possession dates and providing updates.
• Inspect subcontractor work, ensure payment confirmations, and address deficiencies.
• Maintain job site cleanliness, safety, and oversee snow removal.
• Perform hands-on tasks as needed, including framing and painting, while scheduling workloads for trades.

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in single-family residential construction.
• Proven customer service skills, fostering positive relationships with clients, trades, and suppliers.
• Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage multiple responsibilities.
