Wood Frame Superintendent
Location: Langley, BC
Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Wood Frame Superintendent to oversee and manage the construction of wood frame residential projects in Langley. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wood frame construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure project timelines, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Lead the on-site construction activities, overseeing the wood frame construction process from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budget.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance, addressing any issues or concerns as they arise.
- Minimum of X years of experience in wood frame construction, with a proven track record of overseeing residential projects.
- Extensive knowledge of wood frame construction methods, techniques, and materials.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and supervise on-site teams.
- Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Langley and British Columbia.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
