Site Superintendent – Wood Frame

Lower Mainland | Full-Time

The Role

You will run your own site.

This is a wood-frame multifamily build already underway. Early stage. You step in and take it through:
parkade ? structure ? envelope ? finishes ? turnover

You are not here to babysit. You are here to execute.

What You’ll Do

• Own day-to-day site operations
• Drive schedule and sequencing with trades
• Run look-aheads and keep momentum
• Enforce quality and safety standards
• Coordinate consultants, inspectors, and subs
• Identify issues early and solve them
• Keep the job clean, organized, and moving

What They’re Looking For

• 10+ years in construction, strong time as a Superintendent
• Proven wood-frame experience (mid-rise preferred)
• Experience running projects from early stage through completion
• Strong with trades, sequencing, and site logistics
• Detail-oriented. No shortcuts on quality
• Can lead from the front and hold the line
